      The Bayshore Inn located in the Town of Waterton, Alberta and Waterton National Park is a stunning location and a great alternative to the super busy area of Banff, Alberta. The Town of Waterton is mainly open in the summer, but has quite a lot of wildlife and is like what Banff used to be before all the tourists flocked to the area. We love filming in Waterton and are familiar with the business licenses that are required to legally shoot in the town and park (which is different than Banff). There are great waterfalls close by as  you will see in Kyle and Julia’s wedding.

     The hotel rooms are quite close to the ceremony area and allows a nice long pathway to capture the groom and groomsmen entering the ceremony. The aisle is a bit short so the photographer and videographer need to be ready to capture the bridesmaids, ring bearer, and of course the bride and her father walking down the central aisle. It is important that everyone walks slower down this aisle as you reach the front very quickly.

  

    We love filming at family ranches and farms and Kyle's family owned a large property with horses and we had Julia come in on a horse guided by Kyle for an unforgettable entrance into the reception tent where dinner and the emotional speeches were held.
